| Description | : | Lcdr Al Hickling provided photo. He was SP/CO of VC-724 in 1973 concerned about visibility over land of A4G. Water soluble paint was used for this test aircraft. Photos were taken with another conventionally painted A4G for comparison against different backgrounds. Eventually the two tone camo was painted at QANTAS PAR (Progressive Aircraft Repair) servicings at QANTAS JET BASE at Mascot. |
